Aquatic Dome ITESM
year 2021
location Monterrey, Mexico
studio errata
participation concept, design and visualization
The Aquatic Dome of the Tecnologico de Monterrey ceased to be used due to the creation of the Wellness Center, for which it was wanted to be demolished. However, a rehabilitation was proposed in which it becomes an area of design and engineering for students and teachers.
As a focal point, it was decided to highlight the roof's structural geometry with overhead light and perimeter beams that would give a multipurpose space to the center of the space. Its surroundings are divided with furniture that delimit the area and provide storage for all of these spaces that function as workshops and lounges.

GT Appartment
year 2022
location Monterrey, Mexico
studio errata
participation design, visualization and documentation
The GT appartment was designed for a young cinematographer and an industrial designer. The couple wanted a space that was fun, warm, full of greenery and with a mid-century twist.
Since they work in creative areas and have an independent work flow, they wanted spaces that can function in a multidisciplinary way with a lot of natural lighting and art from the foyer to the bedroom.

NYSE Speakeasy Stock Exchange
year 2025
location New York, USA
studio perkins & will
participation design, visualizations and documentation
Originally symbols of secrecy, trust, and exclusivity, the NYSE vaults have evolved alongside the financial industry, where exclusivity now centers on delivering unparalleled experiences and high-end hospitality.
The design of the VIP space, located in the building’s basement, bridges this evolution by blending industrial elements like exposed steel and textured stone with opulent details such as bespoke furnishings and warm lighting, creating a modern yet historically resonant space that honors the NYSE’s legacy while embracing contemporary luxury.

Valle Terra
year 2025
location Mexicali, Mexico
studio perkins & will
participation interior design, visualizations, coordination with consultants and construction documents
Valle Terra is a phase 1 project from a masterplan called Aelus in Mexicali, consisting in two residential buildings.
The concept of the project is to embrace the desert like surroundings, while creating sustainable solutions for a site with extreme climate. Due to these situations, we emphasized public activities with shading that follow a water canal from the beggining of the masterplan til the end, creating a harmonious visit.
Its design consisted in texturized materials, earthy tones and organic shapes, which portray the essence of Valle Terra, while also emphasizing the history of the city and the people.
